"What is the First Step to Buying a Home?"

Before buying a house, the most important thing is to know how you are going to fund it. If you don't have the cash, you can finance the cost of your home with a mortgage. Before taking out a loan, you must have the approval of a lender, such as a bank or a mortgage company. An example of a lender is Quicken Loans or Better Mortgage. We can also recommend some other options.
